ABSTRACT

Although it is difficult to diagnose with transthoracic echocardiography, a negative right atrial echo-contrast ef- fect might be an indicator of unroofed coronary sinus in patients with dilated right heart chambers and without obvious atrial and/or ventricular septal defect.
