ABSTRACT

Bilateral ductus is a very rare abnormality. Here we present a rare case in which ductus was associated with con- fluent arteries and dextro-Transposition of the Great Arteries. The probable theory of its origin is also discussed with help of Edward's hypothetical double aortic arch system.
