ABSTRACT

Peripartumcardiomyopathy (PPCM) is a rare formof dilated cardiomyopathy that is associated with high maternalmorbidity and mortality. Intracardiac thrombus with PPCMcould be challenging and proper management of is notwell known yet. Herein we report a case of PPCMin a previously healthy 19-year-oldwomanwho presentedwith dyspnea for 2 weeks and then who was diagnosed with multiple intracardiac thrombus and postpartum cardiomyopathy.
