ABSTRACT

Left atrial intramural hematoma (LAIH) is a rare complication of the percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) which can cause severe hemodynamic instability. In this report a patient with a giant LAIH presenting with an acute cerebrovascular accident (CVA) is summarized.
